What is AiSkool LMS?▾
AiSkool is a modern learning management platform for schools and individuals to manage courses, students, and content in one place. We specialise in STEAM education for learners of all ages.
How do I enroll in a course?▾
Browse courses on the homepage, click Enroll, and follow the checkout steps. If your school uses AiSkool, log in with your school account and your enrollments may already be set up for you.
What equipment or software do I need?▾
Most courses only require a modern web browser and a stable internet connection. Some courses include a physical hardware kit — details are mentioned on the course page. We support Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion?▾
Yes. All courses that have a completion criterion issue a digital certificate automatically once you meet the requirements. Certificates can be downloaded from your dashboard.
What is included in the course kit?▾
Courses that include a physical kit will ship components such as microcontrollers, sensors, and accessories directly to your address. Kit contents are listed on each course's detail page.
How does the batch system work?▾
Batches are scheduled cohorts of students enrolled in a course together. Your school coordinator or admin assigns students to a batch. You can view your batch schedule in your student dashboard.
What is the refund policy?▾
Individual course purchases can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed. School or franchise plans are subject to contract terms. Please contact support@aiskool.com for refund requests.
How can parents track their child's progress?▾
Parents can request a progress report through the student's school coordinator. A future Parent Portal feature is on our roadmap. For now, please contact your school admin.
Is my data secure?▾
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We follow OWASP best practices and do not sell your personal data. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Can I access courses on mobile?▾
Yes. AiSkool is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. Video lessons and quizzes are optimised for smaller screens.
Do you offer franchise or school partnership plans?▾
Yes. We offer franchise, school partnership, and educator licensing plans. Visit our Franchise page or email franchise@aiskool.com for details on pricing and onboarding.
How do I participate in competitions?▾
Competitions are open to enrolled students. Check the Competitions section of the website for current events, eligibility criteria, and registration deadlines.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?▾
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Are courses self-paced or instructor-led?▾
